WOD

4 Rounds for reps:
2 Minutes to run 400 meters,
With remaining time max reps power clean 205/135,
Rest 3 Minutes.
Dress warm 5 & 6 am!!

Attention:  First, congratulations to Trent and Krystal as they are expecting a baby boy later this summer! Second, the Daybreak Triathlon is on June 24, and there is a Sprint (750 meter swim, 12 mile bike, 3.1 mile run) and Olympic (1500 meter swim, 24 mile bike, 6.2 mile run) distance. There are individual and team (1 person does the swim, 1 person does the bike, and 1 person does the run) options.  Alecio and Jess have signed up for it and if you have any questions feel free to ask them.  The swim is in the lake and open water! It would be fun to get a lot of Helo people in this, particularly as it is right out our front door!
