EMOM for 16 Minutes:
Minute 1 – 5 Pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 Air squats,
Minute 2 – 50 Double-unders,
Minute 3 – 15/12 Calories row/bike/ski,
Minute 4 – Practice handstand walk or hold.

Attention: First, on May 13, 2017, the CrossFit Park City Mountain Meltdown 5 K Race is going on. We are encouraging everyone to give it a whirl.  The registration is www.mountain-meltdown.com. You can register individually or as a team (2 guys, 2 gals, 4 guys, or 4 gals), but to ensure you are put in the same heat make sure you say you are with CrossFit Helo or name your team with Helo. Also, you can click HERE to go to the link.  It sells out fast so sign up early.  Second, this Friday for 17.3, we will be having Jessie there for massages (10 mins/$10) and also pursuant to requests, the food truck we will be having this Friday is The Raman Mobile – who will be there from 5:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. ish (or until the food is gone).
