12 Minutes To Find 1 Rep Max Squat Clean.
Then
For time:
21 Squat Cleans,
400 Meter Run,
15 Squat Cleans,
600 Meter Run,
9 Squat Cleans,
800 Meter Run.
Must be out the door by 12 Minutes.
Load should be 75% of max for the day.

Attention:  Remember the Swim Wod this Saturday at 9 a.m. at Black Ridge Reservoir (you can swim or run in the water) – it will be the only wod that day, so sign up on the board, and you can swing over a few houses to have breakkie at Jess & Travis’ right after! Also, next week we will be focusing on this a lot more – but on September 22nd, we will be hosting the Second Annual Golf Tournament at Four Lakes and later that same day, we are having our Five Year Helo Anniversary BBQ & Party at Cougar Park in West Jordan!!
