WOD

10 Minutes to find:
Max height box jump.
Then every 2 minutes for 10 rounds:
5 Pull-ups,
3 Handstand Push-ups,
1 Box jump @ 6 inches below max height,
100 Meter sprint.
Last round will be for time.

Attention: The nutrition talk for the Beach Body challenge will be at 6:30 p.m. (there will be no Wod).  If you have never done it, you must attend the talk.  Given that there are Regionals this weekend, the challenge will not actually start until Tuesday to permit time for Julia to do measurements and photos on Wednesday night, Thursday night, or Monday night.  Entry is $25 and the Challenge is going through July 1st.
