Attention: Julia will be doing the Beach Body Nutrition talk during the 6:30 p.m. Wod on Wednesday! If you have never done it, you need to attend. It’s $25. The Challenge will not actually start until next Tuesday because Regionals are this weekend and we will have a reduced schedule, so that will give you Wednesday night, Thursday or Monday night to get your measurements and photos done at the Box!
