Attention:  First, the focus of the month for September is preparing for the Open, so we will be doing a lot of past Open wods.  We will be trying to maintain the stimulus, and not necessarily focusing on whether you did them in the past RX, etc., so we ask that you listen to your coaches and have some fun! Second, there will be a sign up for the Annual Helo Golf Tournament on Sat, Sept. 21, at 2 p.m. You don’t have to have golfed before and it’s a best ball 9 holes where we focus on having a great time!
