Challenge Wod #2

“CrossFit Total”
Back squat 1 rep max,
Shoulder Press 1 rep max,
Deadlift 1 rep max.
Athletes will have 3 attempts to find a 1 rep max in all 3 lifts.

Attention:  Just a quick update from our post last night to clarify as we had a few questions.  First, regarding the exit strategy, if you plan on introducing one food group, such as dairy, you should incorporate that for a week, and then stop before you introduce another food group such as grains.  That way you are able to determine clearly whether you tolerate a food group well or not, without wondering if it’s a delayed response to the other group from the week before.    Second, remember to get in your two Challenge wods (and include in your final log to your coach your two scores for each so we can see how you did!) before Wednesday.  Keep it up – you are almost there!
