12 Minutes:
Establish 1 rep max split jerk.
Then 3 rounds for time:
15 Wall balls 20/14,
50 Double unders,
15 Wall balls 20/14.
Rest 2 minutes between rounds. 10 Min cap.

Attention:  Congratulations to all of the Challenge participants! We had the most people complete this Challenge than any other and the competition was fierce in the 2 categories – literally in some cases it was a matter of a log point here or a half pound there!  We compiled each person’s Inches Lost, Pounds Lost, and Log Points with Before/After Pictures and then determined our winners.  In total the 34 Challenge Participants that finished the Challenge lost 336.5 inches and 267 pounds, or an average of 9.9 inches and 7.85 pounds person.  The winners of the January 2016 Challenge are as follows, in the Weight Loss Division: 1st Place: Stef B. -$150; 2nd Place: Sandra B. – $100; 3rd Place: Nicole H. – $80.  In the Beach Body Division:  1st Place: Justin B. – $150; 2nd Place: Andrew J. – $100; 3rd Place: Crystal H. – $80.  We will be posting other top participants later in the week on Facebook because there were several amazing transformations.  The winning team this year was Julia’s team – #TeamCaptJack! Well done to everyone!
