With a 12 Minute clock:
Max kettlebell swings 53/35,
Run one mile.
Athletes must get as many kettlebell swings in as possible before
running the mile.  Each athlete will decide when to go
for their mile run.  It must be completed before the
12 minute clock is up. Score is number of kettlebell swings.

Attention: Top Golf on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. – apparently you can go online and sign up for your pass, which is apparently the way to go – it’s an adult only event:) Turkey Row Heats will be posted for people to sign up for – they will be filled based on who signs up for them first – you will have to bribe someone else if you need a spot, or talk with Alecio and do it earlier in the week! Please try to pay by the end of this week, as we will be submitting the charity donation check to the Road House to go towards the dinner Turkey Boxes on Friday, Nov. 18th!
