Attention:  First, if you did the Challenge and haven’t gotten in your final log, or your before and after pics, please send them to Julia at julia@crossfithelo.com.  Also, if you participated in the Challenge but haven’t paid the $25 yet, we are going to charge your account before the release of the winners on Friday night! Second, make sure you sign up for the Open which starts on Feb. 23rd! We have a great line-up of peeps coming in – with The Matterhorn food truck and a Workt knee sleeve rep starting us off on Opening night! Then the following week we have Clay and Bobbi doing a taco line, as well as Nate Bernatz, Vast Chiropractic coming, then for St. Paddy’s day we will dress in our best green outfits and have some fun shenanigans, while for the 4th Week we will be bringing in the talented Jessie O’Neill for massages again, and close it out on the final week with The Matterhorn! Put these Friday night lights in your calendars and invite friends and family to come as it is a lot of fun to participate and/or cheer on your fellow athletes!
