10 Burpees over the bar.
Rest 3 Minutes.

3 Minute AMRAP:
30 V-up buy-in,
5 Deadlifts 275/185,
5 Burpees over the bar.
Rest 3 Minutes.

Attention:  With the Cold/Flu Season here (and it hitting our members and Coaches alike), we really appreciate when you or your children have been under the weather, sick, or hit with a bug, that you kindly stay at home to try and stop it from spreading to the rest of the members.  We realize that with the Challenge, it makes people want to come in to get their points but if you can take the time away if necessary – we all will thank you for it!
