Teams of 2.
20 – 1 Minute Rounds of:
10 Wall balls 20/14,
12 Jumping pull-ups,
Max Double-Unders.
Each partner will do 10 rounds.

Attention: Normal classes except no 10 a.m. Wod! Preston will be coaching the Bench Press and accessory work at the Powerlifting class.  Also, we would like to officially welcome Stef Bloxham on the coaching side of things as she will be coaching the Saturday 7 a.m. Wod while Coach Kyle is working out of town and be filling in as needed.  Finally, if you are looking for something to do, one of our athletes, Jake Priest, is competing in the BoxLife Games at CrossFit the Club – located at 1221 E 5800 S, South Ogden UT 84405, his first heat starts off the morning at 8:30 a.m., his second is at 10:20 a.m., and the final heat for RX males is at 12:00 p.m. – go cheer him on and Good Luck Jake!
