Teams of 2
AMRAP in 15 Minutes:
10 Med Ball Sit-ups 20/14 (facing each other
w/a box in the middle),
20 Alternating Box Jumps 24/20,
10 Med Ball Over The Bar 20/14,
10 Alternating Burpees Onto a Plate 45,
75′ Partner Box Sled Push.
*Each partner must do the prescribed number of reps.
If the med ball touches the floor then
the partners must do 30/23 calories assault bike.

Attention:  There will be a Powerlifting Class and a 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. Wod but no 10 a.m. Wod as we will be setting up for the Christmas Party!!! Plan to come and have some fun – the Party starts at 6:30 p.m. with the White Elephant Bingo at 7:00 p.m.!
