For Total Calories:
10 minutes
1 mile run – max calories with remaining time,
Rest 2 minutes.
6 minutes
800 meter run – max calories with remaining time,
Rest 2 minutes.
3 minutes
400 meter run – max calories with remaining time.
(Calories will be either on the Assault Bike, Ski ERG, or Rower).

Attention: There will be no 8 a.m. Powerlifting Class!
