WOD

In teams of 2:
Partner 1 does 400 meter sand bag carry,
Partner 2 AMRAPS 10 DB thrusters 35/25 & 1 rope climb.
Total: 20 minutes.
(Wear long socks or pants for rope climbs)

Attention:  First, CrossFit Kids was a big success today!! We are really excited about it and we got good feedback!! Second, finally, the results of the Road to Retro Games Health and Fitness Challenge have been tabulated!!! So, over 6 weeks there were some pretty amazing changes from this group doing both Zone and Paleo!!  To start, the top two participants with their logs and points were Dustin at number one and Lynda with a close second.  Regarding total weight loss, the top two participants were Mason at number one and Beth with a close second.  Mason lost an astounding 22.4 pounds doing Paleo and Beth lost 15 pounds doing Zone.  Those are pretty high totals and yet, I think you can see below that for those that didn’t have as much to lose, their muscles with definition are coming in full force! Further, we just wanted to add some pretty remarkable totals lost thus far in a steady manner.  Beth as mentioned above, lost 15 pounds, and is going down by the day in weight!!! Way to go Beth!! Mari (whom is not at her total “after” picture status yet, has lost 36.2 pounds since she started at CrossFit Helo.  Lynda – who’s total before and pics are below has lost 30 pounds.  GayLyn is down 20 pounds, and Julia is down about 25 pounds since January!!! We are so proud of everyone because this is just consistent hard work done through going to Wods and paying attention to nutrition.  Way to go everyone!! Because this was voluntary with no prizes, we truly feel that this this group epit0mizes the Helo community and spirit – Kudos to each of you and keep up the great work!
