10 Rounds for time:
10 Dumbbell snatches 65/45,
100 Meter sprint.
Rest 1 minute between Rounds.

Attention:  This week we will be having our first Olympic Lifting class!  The class will start st 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday and will go every Wednesday hereafter.  Please be warmed up and take care of any mobility issues before the class starts.  For this month we will be focusing and working on the “Snatch” lift.  We will be jumping right into the class at 7:30 p.m., so that means showing up early and being ready to lift!  The class is also now on MindBody so make sure you sign up.  Mobility wod monday!
