Happy Labor Day!
In teams of 2 complete 20 minute AMRAP:

400 Meter Run.
One person works at a time.

Attention:  For those of you on the Whole30 – your challenge is completed at end of day Tuesday! Make sure you get your pics and measurements done either before or after the Labor Day Wod or on Wednesday night! Also, turn in your log either at the end of day on Tuesday night or Wednesday morning. We will have an analysis of the group’s efforts by Thursday because there are some impressive changes and we are so proud of each of you for your voluntary efforts!
