WOD

 Tabata:
Kettlebell swings 70/53,
Air squats,
1 Min rest.
5 Meter sprints,
Deadlift 135/95.
Athletes will perform tabata sets alternating movements (i.e. 1 round of kettlebells followed by 1 round of air squats).
