Attention:  The CrossFit Open begins in 42 days!!! Also, we hope everyone is hanging in on the Challenge! Remember, logs are due on Saturday by 12 p.m. to be sent to your Coach! You need to write down your point totals for each day, and then total them up in the corner before you send them in.  Also, in the past we have had you weigh-in on Friday or Saturday at the box (whenever your last wod for the week is) and write that number on your logs each week.  For this Challenge, we won’t require it but if you are in weight loss you may want to (that said – if it’s going to mess with your head or demotivate u – please do not do this) and write it down for your coach so you can see if you are losing weight.  Keep up the great work!
