1 Kettlebell swing 53/35,
2 Calorie row,
2 Kettlebell swings 53/35,
Partners will continue this sequence until the 18 Minutes
is up.  One partner works while the other rests.

Attention: Ben will be coaching the Hang Clean tomorrow at the Oly class – for all of you who are doing Festivus, this is one of the movements so get in there!
