Second, there is no Powerlifting Class at 8:00 a.m. Third, there is Open Gym on Sunday at 10 a.m., and finally, on Monday, we are running 2 heats of Murph at 8:30 and 10:00 a.m. with a BBQ to follow – make sure you sign up on the Board!
