10 Wall balls 20/14,
10 Box jumps 24/20,
10 Deadlifts 225/155.

Attention:  We are into February and the homestretch on the Challenge! Now is the time to make sure you keep it ship shape and if you are in it to win it – try to cut back on your fruit (aim for 1 piece a day) and ensure you are getting your protein in! Also paleo treats can be scaled back to if you are looking for an extra edge!  If you are still hanging in you should be very proud of yourself, keep it up!! You have got a week and a half until we see your great results!!
