Team Event 1:
100 Double-unders,
75 Calorie row,
50 Dumbbell 45/30 step-ups 24/20 inch box.
Please note that the work will be done as an individual Wod.

Attention: First, congratulations to everyone who got through the Whole30 Challenge! Of the 10 people who finished over the last few days, we in total lost:  108.4 pounds or an equivalent of 10.8 pounds on average. Of the 7 people who also did measurements – we in total lost: 66.75 inches, or 9.75 inches on average.  Some examples of what can be done in 30 days:  Jim U. losing 24 pounds, Nicole losing 13.8 pounds and 9.75 inches, Jim M. losing 12.8 pounds and 8.50 inches, Dallas losing 12.4 pounds and 8.75 inches, Teri losing 12 pounds and 8.50 inches, Alecio losing 10 pounds, Jenn losing 7.8 pounds and 10.25 inches, Julia losing 6 pounds and 8.75 inches, Beth losing 5 pounds,  and Lynda losing 4.6 pounds with a cast on (dang tree incident) and 12.25 inches! Congrats to Kris who did it while pregnant and to those who are still going (you know who you are – keep it up and we will post your results when you are done!!).  If you are interesting in reintegrating items – this week we recommend the addition of grains.  Second, we also have new cameras in the front room and in the upstairs child area for additional safety and security. They are recording, so please be aware and don’t touch them and/or instruct little hands not to touch them either – thx:)
