Work up to a one rep max power clean.
Then
0-3 Minutes 4 reps @ 75% 1rm,
3-6 Minutes 3 reps @ 80% 1rm,
6-9 Minutes 2 reps @ 85% 1rm,
9-12 1 rep @ 90% 1rm.
As always, quality is what the coaches will be looking for!
