3 Rounds for reps:
Max reps bodyweight bench press,
Max reps strict pull-ups,
Rest 3 minutes between rounds.
Then go into,
3 Rounds for reps:
Max reps strict ring dips,
Max reps ring rows,
Rest 3 minutes between rounds.

Attention:  There are already 3 individuals and a 4 member team signed up to do the CrossFit Park City Mountain Meltdown on May 7, 2016! The spots fill up quickly so make sure you sign up if interested! Also, on Friday we will do the raffle for the 2 spots that opened up for the Ragnar teams so stay tuned!
