EMOM x 20 Minutes:
Odd Minutes Movement 1,
Even Minutes Movement 2.
Athletes get to choose two movements that
they want to work on or do. Examples
are things like rope clean and jerk, rope climbs, double-unders, muscle-ups,
handstand push-ups, overhead squats, pull-ups,
or sandbags. Pick two 
and work on them!

Attention: Please sign up for your spot for the Open heats for 20.2! Also, please sign up for Krystal & Trent’s going away bash that will follow 20.2 on Friday night – Appy’s (chips qualify), Desserts, or Kids Drinks, and BYO other drinks:)).  Finally, on Saturday we have got Bowling at Delton’s in Riverton – 5 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, everyone’s welcome! And if you want to be really smart on Saturday – swing by the Batista’s baby shower on the way over as it starts at 3 p.m., both genders welcome, and the info is on the cork board!
