Valentine’s Day Wod

4 Rounds of:
20 Yard sled push,
30 Yard sandbag carry,
60 Yard sprint,
30 Yard sandbag carry,
20 Yard sled push.
We will be out on the fields tomorrow so dress appropriately and if you want to wear cleats do!
Total rest between rounds.

Attention:  We are at the end of the Challenge and the results continue to be amazing!!! Remember to turn in your logs by 12 p.m.!!   Also, if you are asked for your pictures in either the Weight Loss or Beach Body Category, we would ask that you get your before and afters to us by end of day Sunday so we can provide them to the coaches and to the people for their vote!!! Everyone hang in there for this last bit and Happy Valentine’s Day!!!
