10 10 Meter sprints,
10 Box jumps 24/20.
One partner works the other rests!

Attention:  We made the charitable donation to The Road Home today! Because of all of you who signed up to do the Turkey Half Marathon Row next week, we were able to pay for full Turkey dinners  for 12 families (2 parents/2 children) in need to ensure they have a nice Thanksgiving! Thank you for making this fun event a bit more meaningful!
