Three years and my how it has flown by! We had such a blast at our 3 year anniversary BBQ/wod on Saturday! Thank you to all the members for staying with us, the efforts of our awesome coaches, and to our new members that create more growth! We will continue to bring you the best facility, equipment and coaching around! I do extend a huge thank you to our coaching staff! We hold them to a high standard and they continue to produce for our members!!  Most importantly thank you to Julia. Bottom line Helo would not exist without her. Most people don’t understand how much she contributed/contributes to the box. Next time you see her give her a hug.
