AMRAP in 7 Minutes:
200 Meter row,
50 Double-unders.
Also some bulletproof shoulder.

Attention: First, Congratulations to Mason and Mic as they welcomed their baby girl, Aspen, here over the weekend and she weighs 4 pounds 12 ounces!! Second, Challenge-goers – this is your last day! Finish your last log and make sure to get it to your Coach by 12 p.m. on Tuesday at the latest.  Also, Julia will be at the box to do the 5:30 p.m. wod and will be doing measurements before or after the wod.  Also, on Tuesday night, she will be there again at 5:30 p.m. and do all measurements left for anyone as needed.  If you think you might be in the running for one of the prizes, please e-mail (or text if you have her number) Julia by Tuesday at 11 p.m. your “before” and “after” pictures to julia@crossfithelo.com.  Please do not edit them or put them in a collage, just send 3 individual pics from the “before” and 3 individual pics from the “after”, or 6 pics in total.  Winners will be chosen later this week and posted on the Thursday night post!  Third, for the 4th of July, we will only be having 1 wod at 10:00 a.m. with the beer (or pop) mile to follow – it’s always fun to participate or watch!!
