Attention:  Timeliness and Burpee Implementation! As you all know – we have Box Rules at Helo:) Rule No. 2 is: Be on Time:) Lately, it has become a trend for members to be late.  This week is your fair notice that starting next week – there will be enforced a late penalty of: 1 minute late = 10 burpees, up to 5 minutes = 50 burpees.  All coaches will be enforcing this and you will need to complete the burpees during the warmup and before you can participate in the Wod.  If you are over 5 minutes late, please have respect for your fellow members and your coach and come to another Wod instead as you will not be permitted to do your own thing at the box:) You will get 1 mulligan a month (i.e. traffic, dogs, children, dog ate my homework) and that’s it, so please be on time so we don’t have to be the bad guys and gals:) Thank you!
