ATTENTION
On the next two Saturdays, (Nov. 9 and 16), we will be offering our first running clinic at CrossFit Helo!  If you have ever wanted to run more efficiently and/or work on your form and technique this is the place to be! It is open to members first and is free.  Space is limited to 15 spots so sign up early.  Each session is an hour and a half to two hours, starts at 9 a.m., and will be offered in place of the wods.  The sessions build on each other so please commit to both Saturdays.  We will address the Pose method of running, videotape you and have you go through some drills in a fun and positive atmosphere!
