Skill:
Glute ham raises 3×10.
Then
4×500 meter row,
rest 1 to 1.

Great job to everyone that got through Week 1 of the challenge!  On the whole everyone is doing an excellent job of getting their points. Couple things to think about: 1. Try to be careful of the non-compliant almond butters (some have soy etc.) and 2. Please list your ounces of water you drank and hours of sleep you got – since this is going to be a close race we really need every to be precise. Further, if you can total what you think your points are each day – that really helps the coaches.  We are also strictly enforcing the log cutoff being at 12 noon on Saturday.  if you are not at the top this week remember to hang in – the log is only 1 component.  Keep up the great work!
