30 Seconds max Deadlifts 275/215 or weight you choose,
1:30 Seconds rest.

5 Minute rest.

12-10-8-6-4-2 Reps of:
Plate-hop burpees 45/25,
Plate overhead reverse lunges 45/25,
Sit-ups.
10 Minute time cap.
