10 Minutes to find a max for complex of:
3 Deadlifts,
1 Hang power clean,
2 Front squats.
Then EMOM for 8 minutes:
Complex at 80% of max working weight.

Attention:  First, amazing job to the athletes that competed in the Retro Games this Weekend! You each made us very proud! Second, for the softball games – Helo 1 plays at 8:15 and 9:15 p.m., and Helo 2 plays at 6:15 and 7:15 p.m.! Also, the playoffs are the following Monday, Oct. 10th – first game is at 6:15 p.m., then 7:15 p.m., then 8:15 p.m., and the final is at 9:15 p.m. – it is single elimination.  Finally, let Alecio know if you can’t make the play-offs.
