Attention: Another great wod in 18.3 for our Friday Night Lights! Make sure you have signed up for a heat and also, Clay and Bobbi will be providing another amazing meal for us tomorrow at the box – with something stellar along the lines of asian chicken over rice bowls or salads with some extras!! We are excited and feel free to show up at 4:30 p.m. to start warming up as usual! Next week, for 18. 4 we will be having the Fiore Wood Fired Pizza Food Truck coming for our green themed St. Paddy’s day Wod, along with Somer Ahonen to take pictures while you are all kicking butt and having fun!
