8 Toes to bar,
10 Dumbbell hang clean and jerks 50/35,
14/12 Calorie row.
Rest easy.  This is exactly why we do so
much Dumbbell and Kettlebell work
in the warm-ups.  You are ready!

Attention:  The first wod of the CrossFit Open has been announced – yahoo!! Remember, we will be running our heats starting at 4:30 p.m. (the 1st heat will probably go at 4:45 p.m.). It’s long so it doesn’t require a lot of warm-up – for those of you that want to go in the first heat please be there on time! Also, we will have The Matterhorn there serving food starting at 5:30 p.m. so invite friends and family and plan on enjoying a yummy treat after your hard work to! We will also have a Workt knee sleeves rep there if you need a pair there will be some good deals! Our Friday Night Lights are a lot of fun and we can’t wait to see everyone there!
