For time:
30 Deadlifts @ 315/215 or 70% 1 rm,
40 Long jumps 7ft/5ft.

Attention:  We have several announcements!  First – nice job to everyone who came out for the Labor Day sled push Wod!  It sure looked tough!!!   Second – we are planning on having our 1 year Anniversary party BBQ on Saturday the 13th at 5 p.m.!  There will be only one Wod that day and it will take place right before the BBQ at 4 p.m.  and there will be not be any morning Wods that day.  Third – on Friday the 12th, we would like to meet with the people doing The Retro Games and work on some strategies and techniques for the squat clean ladder that will be in the Games.  The plan is to meet at 6:30 pm on Friday night.  If you are in that group, please let us know if this is do-able.  Finally, the Mobility Wod video below will definitely help with your double-unders even if you are a pro!  We can all use a better and more efficient position while performing them.  Watch the video and see if Kelly addresses any of your faults.
