 Every 4 minutes x 6 Rounds:
12 Dumbbell Snatches 50/35,
12 Burpees Over Dumbbells,
12 Ten Meter Sprints.

Attention:  Ben is coaching the Clean and Jerk at the Olympic Lifting Class! Also, for the Challenge, there is a sign up on the board for spots to get measured before or after the 5:30 p.m. wod (on Tuesday) or on Wednesday night from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.  The only morning time to get measured will be in the morning (Tuesday) by Alecio who is coaching the 5 am and 6 am, otherwise Julia will be doing the after measurements and photos both evenings.  On Wednesday, there will be no 6:30 p.m. wod and photos will start on or just before 6:30 p.m. with Kristin! Logs are due Wednesday night or by Thursday at noon.  If you think you are in the running, please send 3 unedited before pics and 3 after pics to julia@crossfithelo.com by Friday!
