5 Rounds for time:
20 Dumbbell floor press 50/35,
15 Sit-ups with dumbbells 50/35,
1 Legless rope climb.

Attention:  First, the poop talking (this is Julia:)) has started as quite the rivalry exists between our softball teams and Helo 1 versus Helo 2! We are going to be cancelling the Monday, 6:30 p.m. Wod as both teams will be playing each other at 7:15 p.m. and rumor has it that when a run is scored,  the other team has to do 5 burpees on the field! Should be a lot of fun! Second, the Retro Games is happening the following weekend at Wasatch CrossFit and many of your coaches are competing so keep an eye out for that information as we have 3 teams entered and coming out to cheer for them would be awesome!
