12 Minutes to work up to a 1RM Power Snatch,
Then 12 Minutes of:
0-3 min 4 reps @ 60%,
3-6 min 3 reps @ 70%,
6-9 min 2 reps @ 80%,
9-12 min 1 rep @ 90%.

Attention: Congratulations to Trent and Krystal! Liam was born today and he is 20 inches and 7.5 pounds:) We are so happy for you both and he is beautiful! Also, regarding the golf tournament – we will post teams tomorrow night! Remember, everyone needs their own set of golf clubs – even if you don’t use them.  So start asking your friends for a set if you don’t have any, or be prepared to rent them when you get there! Finally, if anyone wants to practice, we will be heading to Glenmoor again at 10 a.m. to hit a few balls!
