3 Rounds for reps:

With a 3 min clock,
Run 400 meters and complete as many toes to bar with remaining time.
Rest 1 minute.
Then
With a 3 min clock:
Row 500 meters and complete as many double-unders with remaining time.
Rest 1 minute.
