3 Rounds of:
400 Meter Run,
21 Med ball Cleans 30/20,
15 Burpees To Six Inch Target.
18 Minute Cap.

Attention:  First, we will be doing our bi-annual Summer or Beach Body Challenge starting this Monday – May 20, 2019, for 5 weeks until Friday – June 28, 2019.  Julia will be doing a nutrition talk this Friday at 5:30 p.m. for anyone that needs or wants to go over it.  She will also be doing before photos & measurements on Thursday night/Friday night after the talk and Sunday at Open Gym (or let her know if you need a different time).  It will be $20.  It will be the same rules and format as the last challenge which focuses on real food, except Memorial Day will not count if you come to the Helo BBQ after Murph.  Also, throughout the 5 weeks, you will be permitted 3 minus points for any treats and it will not knock you out of the running for the final prizes.  As normal, you will still be turning in logs each week, and you will write down your weight and any other details you want or questions answered.  If you have never down a Challenge before, you will get a coach who will write back each week.  If you have, you will turn in your logs but you will not get a response unless you specifically ask for it.  There will still be points as well so you can see how you are doing! Coaches and members are all welcome but the expectation is we are all doing the same Challenge.  Given that we didn’t get enough people for the Dexa Body Scan to come to us, Julia may schedule a field trip for next week in the evening for anyone who wants it and will post more details!  Second, we will be doing Murph on Memorial Day Monday at the box followed by our annual BBQ and even a spike ball tournament – there will be a sign up on the board to choose your wod (8:30 a.m. or 10:00 a.m.)!  All exciting things!
