In teams of 2 complete the following:
50 Ground to overhead 115/75,
10 Wall Balls 20/14,
40 Ground to overhead,
20 Wall Balls,
30 Ground to overhead,
30 Wall Balls,
20 Ground to overhead,
40 Wall Balls,
10 Ground to overhead,
50 Wall Balls.
Only one partner can work at a time and  complete no more then 5 consecutive reps.

Attention:  Julia is doing a personal health/fitness plan starting on Tuesday, August 12 until Wednesday, September 25.  She will be at the box this Monday night at 6:30 p.m. doing Before pics and measurements.  She has volunteered to offer this to anyone else.  If you plan on doing it, she will provide the plan/rules, log sheet (that you will turn in only to her each week) and other information on Monday night as well.  There is no buy in/prizes etc. but there will be After pics and measurements at the end and bragging rights to the top persons which will be identified! If you are interested but can’t make it Monday night, you can also e-mail her at julia@crossfithelo.com.
