Partner 1 Runs 400 m,
Partner 2 Starts AMRAP of
5 Thrusters 155/105,
12 Chest to Bar Pull-ups,
30 Med Ball Twists 20/14.
Partners switch after partner 1 returns
from the run. Partner 1 picks up where partner
2 left off. You don’t have to run if the
weather is bad.
Attention: There will be no Powerlifting Class at 8:00 a.m. Also, if you want to do the Challenge, which starts on Monday, May 20th, Julia has done the talk but if you have done it before, you are all good – you just need to pick up a sheet and logs. Julia will be doing measurements and photos on Sunday at Open Gym at 10:00 a.m. and on Monday night after the 4:30 p.m. wod. Make sure you also get your $20 in by Monday (you can write your name on the sheet for it and Alecio will charge you). At the moment, there is more gals than guys – so gentleman if you want a crack at winning some money – make sure you sign up!!
