Attention: There will be no classes as we are hosting our In-House Ride or Die Competition – with 3 wods, prizes, treats and the Waffle Love food truck coming around 12:15 p.m. so bring your money for some yummy food after as we hang out! Please carpool and try to stay out of the lane where we run our 400 m because the last wod involves multiple rounds of 200 m:) Spectators, family, and cheering is all welcome and encouraged so come out to watch some first class competitors throw down!
