9 Hang squat cleans 95/65,
25 Double-unders.
Rest 5 Minutes.
With a 5 Minute clock:
400 Meter run,
AMRAP
9 Hang squat cleans 135/95,
25 Double-unders,
Rest 5 Minutes.
With a 5 Minute clock:
100 Meter run,
AMRAP
9 Hang squat cleans 165/115,
25 Double-unders.

Attention:  Game Night! 7:15 p.m. Helo 1 will be playing Helo 2 in our Co-Ed Softball league at 11032 South Redwood Rd., South Jordan (look for the softball fields or turn in at the City Park Road off of Redwood:) No 6:30 p.m. Wod as we hope everyone will come out and cheer! For the teams themselves, Helo 1 plays at 6:15 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. and Helo 2 plays at 6:15 p.m. and 7:15 p.m.
