EMOM For 20 Minutes:
1 Three Position Snatch.
Hips/Knees/Floor.
Building in weight.

Attention: First, there will be a sign-up this week for volunteers at the Competition on Saturday – athletes will be asked to arrive at 9 a.m. with the first wod starting at 10 a.m. sharp and we are hoping to have everything wrapped up by 2 p.m.! Second, the standards for the Intermediate Division will be: For Wod #1 – the Men will do Pull-ups and the Women will do Jumping Chest to Bar Pull-ups (Bar will be six inches above their head).  For Wod #2 – the Thruster weights will be 35/20.  For Wod #3 – the Wall Ball weights will be 20/14 to a 9 foot line.  The Deadlift weights will be 135/95.
