Attention:  Only 1 wod at 9 a.m. and on Christmas Day the box is closed:) Happy Christmas Eve and an Early Merry Christmas!! On Wednesday, there will only be 2 wods at 9 a.m. and 4:3o p.m. There will also be the Kids CrossFit Blackhawks class at 7:30 p.m.!
