Attention:  Julia will be talking during the 5:30 p.m. wod and going over the Beach Body Challenge requirements at the box.  If you can’t make it but want to do the Challenge, please e-mail Julia at julia@crossfithelo.com.  All payments of $20 are required to be paid by Monday.  If you have never done a Challenge before, you must be at the talk.  Julia will be doing measurements after the talk, then again on Sunday (and if you really can’t make it sooner than she could do your measurements on Monday night after the 4:30 p.m. wod).  To be in the Challenge, photos & measurements must be done at the Box.  Alecio can do them to if you schedule it with him.
